Anonymous and free counselling. The children's and youth helpline (116 111) can be reached Monday to Saturday from 14 to 20 hrs; on Saturdays young people advise. Online counselling by chat or written message runs Monday to Thursday from 14 to 20 hrs. The parents' helpline (0800 111 0550) can be reached on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 to 17 hrs and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 19 hrs. Not an autism-specific service.
