Participation plan

Plan in which the responsible rehabilitation body coordinates and documents benefits from several benefit groups or bodies, with verifiable participation goals and the right to choose and express wishes.

Also called
Teilhabeplan

If benefits from different benefit groups or several rehabilitation bodies are needed, the responsible body coordinates the benefits and documents them so that they interlock seamlessly. The participation plan records, among other things, the application date, responsibility, the rehabilitation need, verifiable participation goals, the right to choose and express wishes and the special concerns of family carers. The plan is adapted as things progress; people entitled can ask to see it. [1] In detail: Participation plan and overall plan. Legal status: 09.10.2026.
